Office Status Updates – Hurricane Idalia – August 2023

August 28, 2023:

Our Tampa office will be closed Tuesday, August 29 and Wednesday, August 30 due to local conditions regarding Hurricane Idalia. In addition, our Orlando, Jacksonville and Savannah offices will be closed Wednesday, August 30.

We anticipate re-opening all offices on Thursday, August 31, and our Savannah team members will have the option to work from home on Thursday.


Hancock Askew cares for our employees, clients and communities and hopes everyone remains safe during this time.

While offices are closed, team members will work remotely as weather conditions permit.

We will continue to monitor conditions and hope to be back in our offices as soon as possible thereafter. We’ll post the most recent updates about our offices on this page on our website.

The firm has safeguards in place to keep our computer network fully functional and telephone service operational 24 hours a day/seven days a week. You will receive a response to your email or voicemail as soon as possible.
