Myles Walden

Myles is a Manager in the IT Risk Assurance & Advisory department at Hancock Askew and joined the firm’s Atlanta Office in June 2018. One of his strongest professional qualities is his ability to identify gaps in control environments and understanding complex IT issues. He graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and received his Master of Science in Information Systems Audit & Control degree from Georgia State University in August 2018. Myles has 2 years of experience in testing IT General Controls in support of financial statement audits and as a part of the internal audit function. He has passed his CISA exam and is currently pursuing his CPA license. He is a member of both ISACA and NABA.

In his role at Hancock Askew, Myles primarily works on internal audit engagements for both public and private companies, SOX Gap Analysis for companies preparing to go public, and SOC Reporting engagements in accordance with SSAE 18.
