Barry Coates has more than 25 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on the office of the CFO. He has worked extensively in mergers and acquisitions, sales operations and helping scale growth-oriented organizations.
Prior to joining Hancock Askew, Barry served as the CFO of a non-profit organization and as a CFO for a technology consulting company. He’s a Certified Public Accountant and has a green belt in Lean Six Sigma.
Barry graduated from North Carolina State University where he received his undergraduate degree in accounting and from the University of Georgia where he received a master’s degree in accounting.
