Fees Overview
Our pricing for engagements is typically based on time incurred, billed at our standard hourly rates. After learning more about your needs, we can provide a proposal with a detailed fee structure based on the scope of work.
The following minimums apply to all our tax preparation engagements:
2024 New Client Acceptance Minimums
Individual Clients Only – $3,000 Total Relationship
- Tax Return Preparation: $2,000+
- Advisory & Consulting: $1,000+
Business Clients – $10,000 Total Relationship
- Tax Return Preparation: $3,000+
- Business Owner Tax Preparation: $2,000+
- Advisory and Consulting: $5,000+
Nonprofit (Form 990) Tax Returns – starting at $4,000
All new tax engagements are subject to on-boarding fees which will be estimated at the time of proposal.
For all other audit, accounting or advisory services: Exact fee quotes or estimates can be provided via a proposal after initial discussions and review of specific needs.
